There was a problem connecting to Shopify? You can do that by going to Settings then Sales Channel and clicking on the trash can icon beside Facebook. Once it is deleted, wait about 30 seconds, refresh your page and then re-add the Facebook Sales Channel by clicking on the purple “Add sales channel” button.12 Sep 2021

  1. Open Store Locations in Business Manager.
  2. Click + Add stores.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Select Connect a Page and click Next.
  5. Choose a Facebook Page by name or ID.
  6. Fill in the fields under Connect a Page.
  7. Click Save when you have completed all the fields.
