Tap the order with the shipping label you want to void.
In the Fulfilled section, tap … to expand the shipping label menu.
Tap Void shipping label.
Select a Reason for voiding.
Tap Void label and insurance to confirm.

Here’s how to void a shipping label you printed on eBay:

Find the item you’d like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select More Actions, and then select Void. Choose your reason for voiding the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer. Select Void shipping label.

Enter the quantity of items in the order that are being returned.
